Many national organizations support community water fluoridation including the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Public Health Association, the Institute of Medicine, and many others. No major national organization opposes the practice of adjusting fluoride levels in drinking water to the recommended amount to protect our teeth.
